The family cares for their lands and works with sustainable winegrowing practices, the winery is certified environmental-friendly“HVE3”.Elizabeth Prataviera is a skilled winemaker of characteristic regional wines. She uses old vines situated on slopes with excellent exposure. The hot, dry summer temperatures and cool fall nights aid in the process and each parcel is carefully monitored to optimize the aromatic potential of the wines which are pure and expressive.
