About this producer:

The Aubert Brothers, Claude, Alain and Yves took over their family’s vineyards and estates in Donzère, near Montélimar, in 1981. The trio have since acquired more vineyards in other Rhône AOC’s, like this one in the flats of the “Plan de Dieu”. They transitioned to modern, yet natural methods, to make traditionally styled Rhône wines that reflect the terroir of the region. Their estate is unique in that 150 hectares are all located together. The Plan is covered with small stones left behind from the Rhône River a millennium ago. The brothers like to say that “the vines drink the sun and live on the stones”.
